All products sold on Makers Market (fonts, Shopify themes, and other digital templates) are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files are accessible immediately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right with a replacement file or a refund:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download
• The product delivered does not match the product described on the listing
• You were charged more than once for the same order

To request support, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Because of the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds simply due to a change of mind, incompatibility with software you did not check beforehand, or because a project was cancelled after purchase. Please review each product's description, included file formats, and license terms carefully before buying.
