Digital Products
All products sold on Maker Market (fonts, themes, and other digital assets) are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because these files can be downloaded and used immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind.
When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will provide a free replacement file or a full refund if:
- The file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open
- The product you received does not match the description, styles, or file formats listed on the product page
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at saurabh@zxnova.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond and resolve valid requests within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or a change of mind after the files have been downloaded
- Incompatibility with software you did not check before purchasing
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
